The only data that we keep about people outside our organisation is email addresses. We keep these for two purposes – to respond to queries and for our mailing list.
As previously mentioned, we keep email addresses to respond to queries made from that same email address, which falls under the legal basis legitimate interest. We will, unless instructed otherwise, keep these email addresses for 12 months after the resolution of the initial query so that we can respond to further queries should they arise. However, the data subject has the right to request its deletion at any time.
It is possible that Healing Rooms England & Wales will create a mailing list in the future for those interested in the work that the organisation does. Email addresses would be held for this on the basis of consent with the purpose of sending round news and prayer updates. Consent would be re-obtained every three years or else the email address would be deleted from the mailing list. However, the data subject has the right to request its deletion at any time.
Healing Rooms England & Wales does not share any personal data concerning any data subject outside the organisation with any third parties for any reason.
A request for removal of data or an enquiry as to the data being held on an individual or a complaint concerning data can be made to the National Administrator by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through the contact form on the website.
